The structure of the foot and of the skin, the location of reflex zones and podology, the 12 meridians (3 yin and yang meridians), the location of acupuncture points, frequently asked questions.
The core foot massage technique, the relaxing bath procedure, massage of the neck, shoulders and back, the arms, the feet, and the inner and outer side of the foot.
